Legal Job Opportunity
Position: Legal Counsel
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria

  • LL.B. degree
  • 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience across law firm and in-house environments preferred
  • Strong expertise in commercial and SaaS contracting
  • Experience handling employment and HR-related legal matters
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business setting

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

1. Contracting and Commercial Negotiations

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, reseller agreements, NDAs, vendor and customer contracts
  • Supporting Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams in deal closures
  • Leading end-to-end contract negotiations
  • Standardizing contract templates and negotiation playbooks
  • Supporting renewals, amendments, pricing models, and contract lifecycle management

2. Employment and HR Legal Advisory

  • Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and separation documentation
  • Advising on workplace policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct
  • Supporting POSH compliance, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
  • Coordinating with external counsel in disputes and notices

3. Risk Management and Legal Operations

  • Providing day-to-day legal advice across functions
  • Identifying contractual and operational risks and offering business-aligned solutions
  • Improving internal legal processes and documentation

4. Data Privacy Support

  • Assisting with data protection compliance in commercial agreements and internal policies

Mode of Work

Hybrid Role
Location: Delhi
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
