Eligibility Criteria
- Strong understanding of corporate law, legal operations, and legal defense strategies.
- Proficiency in legal terminology, drafting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in litigation support, patents, trademarks and crisis management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in drafting legal documents is preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Offer legal guidance and advisory support to internal teams.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Clarify legal language and ensure organizational compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee general legal operations and statutory filings.
- Review business and tax strategies to identify risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate settlement terms when required.
- Assist management through litigation processes.
- Prepare patents, trademarks and handle infringement-related matters.
- Assess potential business risks and support strategic decision-making.
