Eligibility Criteria
- Strong understanding of corporate law, legal operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in legal terminology, drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Knowledge of current legal frameworks, statutory filing and compliance requirements.
- Experience in crisis management, litigation, patents, and infringement matters.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organisational and multitasking skills.
