Position

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal advisory or as an in-house counsel
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Representing the organisation in legal proceedings and coordinating with external counsel
- Developing internal policies for risk management and compliance
- Conducting legal research to support business decisions
- Overseeing intellectual property and data protection compliance
- Managing disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters, if required

- Full-time, work from office
Salary / Remuneration
- Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
