Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Law.
- Experience in conveyancing and handling real estate contracts.
- Knowledge of contract management, drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management.
Requisite Skills
Technical Skills:
- Practical experience using SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, AdobeSign.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in drafting vendor and customer facing contracts.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Customer centric approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Willingness to take on challenges.
Work Experience
- Two to ten years of experience in conveyancing or real estate contract work.
Location
Chennai
Shift Timing
- 3.30 AM or 4.30 AM IST to 1.30 PM or 2.30 PM IST
- Shift timing is non negotiable.
