- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English, mandatory
- Good legal research and drafting abilities
- Interest in financial laws, dispute resolution, and client advisory work
- Must be willing to work from office in Madhapur
- Candidate must have their own laptop
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws
- Draft settlement agreements, legal notices, and client communications
- Assist in negotiations and dispute resolution with financial institutions and clients
- Prepare case summaries and maintain organized documentation
- Stay updated on developments in debt recovery laws, RBI regulations, and financial compliance
- Interact with clients in Telugu to understand concerns and provide supervised legal assistance
- Support business development by identifying and onboarding potential clients
- Participate in in-office strategy meetings and collaborate with team members
