Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree holders, or qualified Company Secretaries
- Relevant professional experience in legal advisory and contract management
- Experience in infrastructure, ports, shipping, or large-scale project advisory
- Post-qualification experience ranging approximately from 3 years to 15+ years, depending on consultant grade
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal advisory for infrastructure and project-based assignments
- Contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, and contract management
- Handling legal aspects of infrastructure, ports, shipping, and allied projects
- Supporting project structuring, documentation, and compliance matters
Mode of Work
Primarily On-site
Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, and other project cities across India
Engagement through a consultant pool model

Stipend / Perks
Monthly Consolidated Consultancy Fee (depending on grade):
- Consultant Grade I: ₹80,000 to ₹1,45,000
- Consultant Grade II: ₹1,45,000 to ₹2,65,000
- Consultant Grade III: ₹2,65,000 to ₹3,30,000
