Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed LL.B. (mandatory) or LL.M.
- Strong interest in legal research, compliance, and regulatory advisory
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Domestic / India Laws and Compliance
- Assist in regulatory research and identification of applicable Indian laws
- Support preparation of compliance manuals and documentation
- Interpret legal provisions from a compliance perspective under supervision
- Gain exposure to multi-industry regulatory frameworks in India
Global Laws and Compliance
- Track and summarize global legislative and regulatory updates
- Assist in updating compliance obligation registers
- Support client coordination and internal communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory risks
Research & Audit Support
- Summarize legislative updates and research findings
- Assist in audit reviews and compliance assessments
- Support preparation of client deliverables and presentations
