Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Enrollment with the Bar Council, if practicing in Delhi
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with a strong academic background may also apply
Required Skills
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates residing near Dwarka will be given preference
- Prior experience in litigation or corporate law
- Proficiency in legal research databases
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting pleadings, legal notices, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Court appearances and client representation
- Assisting in litigation and advisory matters
- Client consultation and case coordination
