Eligibility Criteria
- Around 1 to 3 years of legal experience (PQE)
- Prior experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong analytical, communication, and legal aptitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and legal contracts
- Legal research and advisory support
- Assisting in litigation and advisory matters
- Managing multiple legal assignments efficiently
- Identifying and escalating legal issues in a timely manner
