Legal Job Opportunity — Legal Associate
Eligibility Criteria
- JD or LLB graduate with zero to one year of post qualification experience.
- Candidates with strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest in American corporate law.
- Familiarity with FEMA, RBI regulations, and U.S. compliance frameworks is an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with American startups, SMEs, and founders on cross border matters.
- Assist with corporate governance, structuring, compliance, and investment transactions.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
- Support cross border regulatory compliance for businesses entering the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with the tech team involved in building the FinStackk platform.
Compensation
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
