About the Job
Chilana and Chilana Law Offices is seeking to recruit a mid-level Legal Associate for its Regulatory and Commercial Advisory and Contract Management practice. The role involves advisory and transactional work for regulated businesses and requires independent handling of matters.
Eligibility Criteria
• 3 to 4 years post-qualification experience
• Prior law firm experience with substantial advisory and contract management exposure
• Strong drafting skills and sound commercial understanding
• Ability to independently manage assignments with minimal supervision
Areas of Work / Practice Areas
• Regulatory advisory under Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and liquor and excise laws
• Commercial advisory and contract drafting, review, and negotiations
• Contract management and regulatory compliance for FMCG, food, beverage, and other regulated sectors
