3. About the Job
The organization is seeking a committed and growth-oriented Legal Associate to join its Mumbai office. The role is suited for candidates aiming to build a long-term career in insolvency law and corporate restructuring.
4. Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com–LL.B., or intermediate level CS/fully qualified CS, CA, PGIP qualified.
- Strong inclination towards pursuing a career as an Insolvency Professional.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience under an Insolvency Professional or an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE).
5. Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end handling of insolvency and liquidation processes.
- Managing matters under PMLA-related attachments in sensitive cases.
- Understanding and application of IBC laws, CIRP regulations and liquidation framework.
- Travelling outside Mumbai for case-related work, with stays of up to 1–2 weeks when required.
