Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Title Search Reports (TSR) / Due Diligence
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English
- Candidates must have prior exposure to real estate due diligence work
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting title search reports and property due diligence
- Reviewing land records, revenue documents, and statutory approvals
- Identifying legal risks, encumbrances, and compliance issues
- Analyzing and summarizing regional language documents
- Supporting transaction teams with structured diligence reports
