Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with LLB or equivalent law degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant legal practice
- Freshers and entry-level candidates may also apply
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- SARFAESI Proceedings:
- Assisting in issuance of Section 13(2) demand notices
- Preparing Section 13(4) possession notices
- Publishing auction notices
- Document Drafting and Vetting:
- Drafting demand notices, borrower replies, affidavits
- Vetting mortgage and property-related legal documentation
- Liaison with Authorities:
- Coordinating with Police Authorities
- Liaising with District Magistrate or Chief Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 14 for physical possession of secured assets
- Litigation and Court Coordination:
- Assisting in proceedings before Debt Recovery Tribunals, consumer forums and civil courts
- Managing litigation records and updates
- Legal MIS and Case Tracking:
- Maintaining case trackers, MIS reports and recovery status documentation
- Auction and Recovery Support:
- Coordinating auction, sale and liquidation of secured properties

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- SARFAESI Act, 2002
- RDDB Act
- Transfer of Property Act
- Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 138
- RBI Guidelines
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Proactive attitude with willingness to travel
- Ability to work under strict timelines
