About the Job
Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring an Associate to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. The role offers substantial exposure to litigation strategy, drafting, court appearances, and advisory work, while closely supporting senior counsel across diverse practice areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-qualification experience of 4 to 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with a law firm
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, contracts, agreements, and legal reports
- Experience in litigation proceedings, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
- Working knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property rights, real estate law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and case preparation
- Drafting pleadings, agreements, and commercial contracts
- Court and authority appearances
- Supporting senior counsel in litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters
