Eligibility Criteria
• 9 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions
• Exposure to legal due diligence and corporate research
• Ability to prepare initial drafts of transaction documents
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Interest in working in a high-intensity transactional practice
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Working closely with partners and senior associates on complex transactions
• Assisting on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, exits, and corporate reorganizations
• Supporting general corporate and advisory matters
• Conducting legal due diligence and transactional research
• Preparing initial drafts of transaction documents
• Assisting in deal execution and transaction management
