Eligibility Criteria
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in arbitration and court litigation
• Prior exposure to construction and infrastructure disputes will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong drafting, legal research, and procedural skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Handling arbitration and litigation matters
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Conducting legal research and procedural compliance
• Assisting in dispute resolution strategy and case management
