Eligibility Criteria
• Candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior exposure or strong interest in intellectual property litigation
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Advisory and opinion work in IP matters
• Legal research and drafting
• Drafting and reviewing criminal complaints
• Conducting and assisting in criminal trials
• Infringement analysis
• Coordination with law enforcement agencies across India
• Collaboration with internal teams across K&S Partners offices to ensure quality work output
