Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general corporate law
- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Sound legal research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes
- Assisting in corporate compliance and client advisory matters
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams on ongoing matters
