Kings & Alliance LLP is expanding its Insolvency and Company Law practice and invites applications from motivated Legal Associates with prior hands on experience in insolvency proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with practical experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters
- Prior appearance and hands on exposure before NCLT and NCLAT
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the IBC
- Appearing before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal
- Drafting applications, replies and legal submissions in company law matters
- Assisting in corporate restructuring and insolvency strategy
