About the Job
IndiaLaw LLP is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Banking and Finance team based in Mumbai. The role offers exposure to complex financial transactions and regulatory advisory work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory: 1–2 years of experience in Banking and Finance Law
- Prior exposure to financing transactions
- Experience in regulatory advisory and structured finance matters
