About the Job
LexOrbis is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to join its General and IP Litigation practice based in Mumbai. The role involves handling a mix of commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property litigation matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a reputed law school or university.
- Registration with the Maharashtra Bar Council with a valid Sanad to file matters before the Bombay High Court and City Civil Court.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in General and IP Litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate or commercial laws.
- Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel, relocate, or work on-site for client engagements, as required.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on commercial and regulatory matters.
- Handling commercial and intellectual property litigation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
- Supporting day-to-day legal operations for corporate clients, public sector undertakings, and institutions.
- Providing advisory support on labour and employment law matters.
