Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognised university
- 3–5 Years of litigation experience (preferably in corporate/commercial disputes)
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
- Minimum 3+ years of legal services and document drafting experience
- Willingness to undergo background verification
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing commercial litigation before:
- High Courts
- Commercial Courts
- NCLT/NCLAT
- DRT/DRAT
- Arbitral Tribunals
- Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and arbitration documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs and strategy notes
- Assisting in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code matters and recovery proceedings
- Attending court hearings and assisting in procedural and interim arguments
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining structured case updates
- Ensuring timely compliance with court procedures and statutory deadlines
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Exposure to High Court, NCLT, arbitration, or commercial litigation matters
- Sound understanding of civil procedure, arbitration law, and insolvency law
- Ability to work in a disciplined, deadline-driven litigation environment
