- Legal and Compliance Specialist
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Background in compliance, risk management, and commercial law preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Advising on marketing, advertising, and consumer protection laws
- Supporting regulatory compliance and corporate governance initiatives
- Assisting in the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and training programs
- Liaising with Intellectual Property teams and Global Legal teams on cross-border compliance matters
- Coordinating with external legal counsel
- Managing regulatory filings and advising on issues such as healthcare interactions, conflict of interest, and gifts and entertainment
- Conducting legal research and supporting policy development aligned with business objectives
