4. Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or recent graduates (LLB, LLM, or equivalent)
- Strong interest in AI, technology policy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Prior exposure to technology, B2B businesses, startups, or innovation ecosystems preferred
- Ability to understand business models and align legal and compliance requirements
- Strong documentation, legal research, and attention to detail
5. Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, reviewing, and applying for relevant government and enterprise tenders
- Preparing and managing tender documentation while ensuring compliance and deadlines
- Researching and applying for grants, funding programs, and government schemes related to AI and technology
- Supporting applications to accelerators and incubators in India and globally
- Assisting with corporate certifications such as ISO and researching compliance standards
- Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, declarations, and compliance checklists
