Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in M&A and/or debt related legal work.
- Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and advisory skills preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling M&A transactions, structuring, and documentation.
- Advising clients on debt transactions and related regulatory requirements.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents.
- Liaising with counterparties, clients and other stakeholders during deal execution.
Mode of Work
- On site role at the firm’s office in Sector 3, Noida.
