Eligibility Criteria
- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong interest in data protection and privacy law
- Certification such as CIPP/E is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice in dynamic environments
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advisory work under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) for Indian and global clients
- Conducting privacy assessments and gap analyses
- Designing and implementing privacy frameworks, including policies, governance structures, and operational playbooks
- Working closely with legal, technology, product, engineering, and business teams across sectors
- Translating legal requirements into practical and business-oriented solutions
