Junior Associate Role in Litigation
About the Position
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Associate in litigation. The role offers hands-on exposure to court practice and active involvement in day-to-day litigation work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Preferably enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi
- Good command over basic English
- Sound understanding of fundamental legal concepts
- Prior internship experience in litigation chambers will be preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research on civil and criminal matters
- Drafting of pleadings and applications
- Briefing on assigned matters
- Appearance before concerned courts, as and when required
