The Office of Justice M. M. Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, invites applications for Judicial Internships for the months of March and April 2026. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to judicial functioning at the apex court of the country.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the fourth or final year of the 5-year B.A. LL.B. programme or its equivalent
- Students in the second year (4th semester) or final year of the 3-year LL.B. programme

Location: Supreme Court of India, New Delhi
Important Dates and Timelines
- Deadline for March 2026 internship applications: 12 February 2026
- Deadline for April 2026 internship applications: 12 March 2026
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed approximately two weeks prior to the commencement of the internship
- Final selection will be based on:
- Merit of the application
- Performance in a typed brief-making exercise
