Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) work
- Ability to manage legal documentation and compliance processes
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of intellectual property applications
- Handling submissions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
- Managing administrative and procedural aspects of IP filings
- Tracking statutory deadlines and ensuring timely compliance
- Supporting international IP filing requirements and documentation
