Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year LL.B. students in their 3rd year and above
- 3-Year LL.B. students in their 2nd year and above
- Strong legal research skills
- Keen interest in litigation practice
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting petitions and appeals before courts and tribunals
- Conducting extensive legal research for matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and District Courts/Tribunals
- Briefing and assisting in overall matter management
- Attending court proceedings and assisting in filing procedures

- Duration: One month (4 weeks)
