Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 3rd to 5th year of study
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and managing case records and files
- Provide legal and documentation support
- Work on matters related to:
- Civil recovery suits
- Section 138 proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act
- Arbitration matters
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Assist in drafting and vetting of commercial contracts
