Legal Counsel
Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduates (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) from recognized law schools
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Prior experience in handling in-house litigation support
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, handling, and extending support in litigation matters involving Civil and Arbitration issues
- Drafting and vetting of Deeds, Agreements, and Addendums
- Drafting and vetting of official correspondence
- Drafting and vetting of ongoing project letters
- Assisting the Tender Department in legal documentation and compliance
