Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following:
- Students currently in:
- 2nd year of a 5-Year Law Course, or
- 1st year of a 3-Year Law Course
- Strong interest in Corporate Laws, Start-up Advisory, and Intellectual Property Rights
- Demonstrated aptitude and genuine interest in legal research and drafting
- Ability to work independently and conduct research without reliance on AI tools
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research in corporate and regulatory matters
- Drafting legal documents and advisory notes
- Assisting in start-up advisory and intellectual property related work
- Supporting the team in ongoing assignments under supervision
