About the Job
KPMG India is inviting applications from experienced Data Privacy professionals to join its expanding privacy and compliance practice. The role is suited for professionals with strong expertise in data protection laws, privacy frameworks, and advisory services.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in data privacy
- Hands-on experience with data privacy and compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of GDPR, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and other global privacy regulations
- Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Experience in data protection audits
- Experience in reviewing data privacy clauses and Data Processing Agreements
- Knowledge of Privacy Information Management System framework and its implementation
- Qualification: LL.B or Company Secretary qualification preferred, or other relevant educational background with data privacy certifications
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 27701
- Privacy certifications such as IAPP
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
