Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Prior hands-on experience in Data Privacy and DPDPA advisory
- Candidates must have:
- Conducted at least one detailed gap assessment
- Worked closely with business teams while advising on DPDPA compliance
Note: This position is not open to freshers.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising leading Indian and global clients on compliance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
- Conducting privacy assessments and gap analyses
- Designing and implementing privacy frameworks, including:
- Internal policies
- Governance structures
- Operational playbooks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including legal, technology, product, engineering, and business units
- Translating complex legal requirements into practical business-oriented advice
