Internship Opportunity (Corporate Legal Internship)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Demonstrated interest in corporate law
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Must have own laptop (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting company policies
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including vendor, franchise, management, and service contracts
- Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters
- Supporting due diligence exercises
