Corporate Legal Internship
Eligibility Criteria
- Fifth-year law students or recent law graduates
- Candidates must be from top-tier law colleges only
- Prior internship experience with top-tier law firms or reputed companies is mandatory
- Availability for full-time, in-office internship
- Minimum commitment of 3 months
- Internship tenure may be extended based on performance and availability
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents
- Assisting in due diligence exercises and transaction documentation
- Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws
- Preparing internal notes, trackers, and transaction summaries
- Exposure to high-quality corporate and transactional legal work
