Corporate Legal Internship
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Group Corporate Secretary in managing global entities and international expansion
- Handling corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act and other applicable laws
- Assisting the Board of Directors and Board Committees on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Drafting and reviewing corporate and secretarial documents
- Managing statutory filings and maintaining corporate records
- Coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Creating and managing data rooms for due diligence processes
- Monitoring regulatory and legislative changes affecting corporate compliance
