Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or graduates including LL.B, B.A. LL.B, B.B.A. LL.B
- Commerce, CA, CS, or CMA students or graduates with an interest in law and compliance
- Candidates with strong English writing skills and a research-oriented approach
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting content related to company registration, trademark, GST, income tax, advisory, and compliance
- Preparing content for podcast studio initiatives
- Writing on SEBI regulations including RA, IA, PMS, AIF, and stock brokers
- Converting complex legal and compliance concepts into simple, reader-friendly formats
- Assisting in drafting blogs, explainer articles, FAQs, and compliance guides
- Conducting basic legal research and referencing statutes, regulations, and circulars
Mode of Work
Offline internship based at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
Important Dates and Timelines
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1 to 3 months, extendable based on performance
Stipend / Perks
- Stipend: Performance based, with a minimum of Rs. 10,000 per month
- Certificate of Internship
