Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ethics and compliance roles
- Strong understanding of global compliance risks, regulatory expectations, and compliance program frameworks
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and time zones
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with senior leadership
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Director of Compliance in developing and implementing global compliance strategy
- Leading compliance due diligence for business partners, including distributors and suppliers
- Assessing and mitigating third-party compliance risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Assisting with data analytics initiatives to identify compliance trends and risks
- Managing ethics hotline reports, investigations, and documentation
- Coordinating annual compliance risk assessments and contributing to enterprise risk management
- Administering compliance tools, training platforms, and reporting systems
- Leading or supporting global compliance training, certifications, and culture surveys
- Acting as a regional ambassador for compliance program implementation
- Conducting or supporting internal investigations and mentoring junior compliance team members
