About the Job
DSA Legal is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for the position of Associate. The role involves active engagement in civil and commercial litigation support, drafting, and client advisory work.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B degree with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in civil and commercial matters
- Mandatory proficiency in English
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Reviewing pleadings and contracts
- Drafting plaints and written statements
- Monitoring procedural requirements and limitation periods
- Assisting in litigation strategy and client advisory work
