Legal Job Opportunity — Associate / Senior Associate (IP Litigation)
Eligibility Criteria
• LLB (3 year or 5 year) with at least three years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.
• Experience in trademark infringement, passing off and copyright infringement matters.
• Strong drafting, legal research and court appearance skills.
• Good academic record and fluency in English.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Ability to work collaboratively and travel when required.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Handle IP litigation and dispute resolution matters across offices.
• Conduct research, draft pleadings and prosecute cases.
• Brief senior counsel and appear before courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal notices and perform related litigation tasks.
• Travel for matters as necessary.
