Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Advocates
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Strong interest or prior exposure to Securities Law and Capital Markets practice
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Appearing before the Securities Appellate Tribunal and the Securities and Exchange Board of India
- Drafting and preparing Appeals, Petitions, and supporting documentation
- Advising clients on compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI Act, and various SEBI Regulations
- Providing strategic regulatory advice in securities law matters
