Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Experience or exposure to venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or joint venture (JV) transactions.
- Sound understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Prior exposure to startups or venture-backed companies will be advantageous.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in venture capital investments and fundraising transactions.
- Working on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint venture (JV) transactions.
- Advising on corporate and commercial matters involving startups and emerging businesses.
- Providing legal support in matters relating to regulatory compliance, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy.
