Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Applicants should possess strong drafting and filing skills.
- Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation drafting will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing Special Leave Petitions (SLPs).
- Preparing Counter Affidavits and Written Submissions.
- Assisting in matters related to civil, criminal, and constitutional litigation before the Supreme Court of India.
