About the Job
TBA Legal is hiring for two Associate positions with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves a mix of litigation support and corporate advisory work across diverse practice areas.
Eligibility Criteria
• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Ability to handle litigation and advisory assignments
• Basic proficiency in reading, understanding, and writing Hindi, with the aid of translation tools

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Conducting legal research and analysis of statutes, case law, and regulations
• Drafting pleadings, written submissions, applications, case briefs, and notes on judgments
• Corporate law advisory, including contract drafting and vetting, legal opinions, and regulatory compliance
• Client communication and case status updates
• Assisting in case management, procedural compliance, and scheduling
• Assisting senior and arguing counsel during court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Staying updated with legal developments and participating in professional training
