Eligibility Criteria
- Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of demonstrable actual practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Proficiency in PDF editing software and MS Office tools
- Experience with Supreme Court e-filing will be preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting Special Leave Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Written Submissions, and other pleadings
- Regular appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and coordination of listed matters
- Conducting detailed legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, and other legal databases…
