Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree with enrolment with a State Bar Council.
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in real estate law.
- Direct experience in bank-side title and security work.
- Working knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, the Registration Act, 1908, and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as applicable in Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
- Proficiency in drafting in English and the ability to read revenue and registration records in Hindi.
